This is a recipe I am particularly proud of, it feels like a real treat but it's so healthy. Not only do these make a fulfilling main but they also make great party food due to their small, compact design, just make sure to serve them warm either way. Initially i intended this recipe to serve 2 but these are just so good it's hard to share them

This BBQ seasoning recipe uses a carefully selected blend of:

  • paprika
  • sweetener
  • garlic
  • onion
  • mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Step 1: Mix your seasonings together

Grab and old or empty herb jar and this recipe should fill it perfectly. Make sure you have washed out the jar really well so that you don’t taint the flavours with whatever was previously stored in the jar. Mix together your seasonings in a bowl. Use a funnel, if you don’t have one you can make a quick funnel from some scrap paper and use this to pour the seasonings into the jar so its ready to be sprinkled whatever dish you like, its as easy as 1, 2, 3!

This seasoning will last for many months in a dry dark space like a cupboard but I guarantee you will use it up long before then!

  • Empty seasoning jar

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 4 tsp sweetener
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix together seasonings in a bowl.
  • Create a funnel using a peice of paper.
  • Use the funnel to pour seasoning into jar for storage.
