  • 1-2 spring onions
  • 1/3 small red pepper

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Drain the can of tuna and add it to a bowl. Chop up the pepper and onion into very small chunks and add to the tuna along with the mayonnaise and a crack of black pepper Mix well.
  • Lay 2-3 romaine on top of each other in opposite directions so that you dont have all the stalk on one end, repeat 3 times.
  • Spoon the tuna crunch into the romaine leaves to serve. as you pick up the lettuce wraps you can fold the sides over the top of the filling as you eat it.
