Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 600 g sweet potato
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 tin chickpeas 400g
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes 400g
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1.2 litres vegetable stock
  • 1 lemon
